N Street Return Policy
We get it — sometimes orders don’t go as planned. We’ll work with you to make it right. But because we sell food products, we have to keep things safe and sealed.
Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

All returns must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you got them, in the original packaging.

For food safety, we can’t accept opened spice jars, even if you didn’t like the flavor.

Return packages must be scanned in by a postal carrier before the 31st day.

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are on you unless we made an error in your order.
To start a return, email us at nstreetseasonings@gmail.com. We’ll send you the return label and instructions.
Do not send items back without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order shows up damaged or you got the wrong item:

Take a clear photo of the product and packaging.

Email it to nstreetseasonings@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We’ll review and get you a replacement or refund if it’s our mistake.
We recommend adding Route Shipping Protection at checkout — it covers carrier damage and lost packages for just $0.98. Without it, we can’t cover carrier mishandling.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund, email us.
