N Street Shipping Policy

At N Street, every order gets packed with care — and sometimes that takes a little time.
Orders usually ship within 1–14 days of being placed. Why the wide window? We’re a small team, and we’d rather get it right than rush it.

If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders (especially after a launch or sale), shipping may take a few extra days. If there’s ever a significant delay, we’ll do our best to keep you in the loop. You can always reach us at support@nstreetspice.com with your order number.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
If you place multiple orders to the same address, we may combine them into one shipment to save on packaging. This won’t reduce shipping costs, as total weight and size stay the same.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier.
We recommend adding Route Shipping Protection at checkout for $0.98 — it covers loss, theft, and carrier damage, and makes the claims process simple. Without Route, you’ll need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, email us within 14 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll help guide you through the process.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If the address provided is incorrect and the carrier can’t deliver or recover the package, we can’t issue a refund.
